Melis Karahan – Founder, Change Elements
She is passionate about digitalization and innovation. During her career in a global tech company, she led the design and implementation of new products and platforms that made significant impact on the lives of consumers and the market. Her innovative approaches and insightful solutions were key to the successful transformation of her company.
Meanwhile, she developed a deep interest towards successful athletes, artists, entrepreneurs, political and social leaders who have fully demonstrated their potential and have made great impact both in the markets and in the society they live in. She then started using these findings to build high performing teams that can deliver exceptional results and also started writing in various international blogs such as Huffington Post
Pursuing her fascination with the common traits of successful and gifted individuals, she earned a leadership coaching certificate and devised her own coaching methodology to concentrate on personal growth and peak performance.
During her coaching training, she became familiar with change design, and when she saw the positive results on herself, she received her certificate from Stanford University’s renowned professors. At work, she started giving seminars as a pilot. The interest in her seminars encouraged her to focus more on this area.
She is particularly interested in the intersection of technology and psychology. With over 20 years of work experience in telecommunications, internet and FMCG sectors, she has either led or participated in successful large scale cultural, technical and organizational transformation projects or business turnarounds.
Today, she uses her expertise in change management combined with coaching principles and marketing & product development background for personal, team and business performance transformation.
